Provenance is a fixed-price firm. Engagements are scoped according to the size of the home, and the cost is known and confirmed before any work begins. The figures below cover the entirety of the engagement: the on-site visit, the research and documentation, the printed record, the digital archive, and one year of follow-up correspondence.
A half-day engagement for homes up to 5,000 square feet. The full record is delivered within seven days.
A full-day engagement for homes between 5,000 and 10,000 square feet. The same deliverable, prepared with the additional time the residence requires.
For homeowners who would prefer the recommendations to be acted upon on their behalf, Provenance Concierge handles every chosen step on the homeowner’s behalf. This includes auction consignment, charitable donation with tax receipts, the coordination of removal, and the management of items passed within the family. Pricing reflects the scope of execution requested.
